About Us

Welcome to BEY
Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar

Founded by Lebanese-born chef Marc Mansour and Restaurateur Chaouki “C.K.” Khoury, BEY Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar opened its doors in downtown Roswell’s vibrant Southern Post development in October 2024.
With a rich heritage rooted in Lebanese hospitality, BEY is inspired by their coastal capital of Beirut, BEY being the city’s airport code. The restaurant celebrates the warmth, generosity, and communal spirit that defines Mediterranean culture. With this new endeavor, the duo hopes to up the modern Mediterranean game in Roswell.

Our Cuisine

Our menu celebrates the authenticity of our home recipes, with ingredients found across the Mediterranean region, paying homage to the flavors that unite us all. The food is paired with modern cocktails that blend Lebanon’s national drink, Arak, into unexpected cocktails to please everyone’s taste.
At BEY, like the tradition dictates throughout the Mediterranean, there is a big emphasis on friends and family gathering around small shared plates, or mezze. These include such favorites as fried cauliflower like you’ve never had anywhere else, batata brava Lebanese style, or falafel described as “the best ever” by people from backgrounds as varied as the different cultures around the Mediterranean.

BEY'S Mission Statement

To bring the vibrant, authentic flavors of the Mediterranean to our Roswell community by creating a warm, inviting dining experience. We are committed to using fresh, high-quality ingredients, blending tradition with innovation, and fostering a sense of connection through shared meals and hospitality.

Our Esthetic

Chaouki and Marc’s vision for BEY’s interior, brought to life by RCG Restaurant Consulting Group, blends contemporary elegance with traditional Lebanese motifs.
Soft coral and seafoam green hues evoke the Mediterranean’s sun-kissed landscapes, complemented by bronze accents and intricate green tile compositions.
Our seating features the timeless “Khayzaran” wicker back chairs, reflecting Lebanon’s heritage of furniture cane weaving. The bar, adorned with the traditional Lebanese triple arch or “Lebanese window” and capped by ornate metalwork, provides a captivating focal point for social gatherings. This is often the central feature of traditional homes, a trinity symbol, that encourages hospitality and social gatherings.

Owner

Dr. Chaouki Khoury, a neurologist specialized in Headache Medicine at the South East Center for Headaches in Sandy Springs, is known for his expertise and compassionate care. This led him previously to open Zatar Lebanese Restaurant in Dallas, Texas in 2016, which was recognized as the top 10 new restaurants in Dallas that year.
And when his neurology career moved him to the Atlanta area, he carried his love for food with him and opened BEY Mediterranean in Roswell, where he is able to combine his love for food with his creative vision. He was deeply involved in recipe development and the design of the restaurant, helping craft a menu that showcases vibrant, authentic Mediterranean flavors while ensuring every dish reflects his attention to detail and commitment to excellence. His unique blend of medical precision and culinary artistry has made BEY a standout destination in the area.

While he continues to serve his patients with the utmost care at the South East Center for Headaches, Dr. Khoury’s contributions to BEY Mediterranean highlight his multifaceted approach to life and his dedication to bringing joy to others—whether through healing or through food.
